been listed under "Accepted Teams" on our
website or you have received an official acceptance
email.
Teams submitting requests for the Winter Showcase
will not be contacted until after the
Fall Showcase
is over.

our Hotel Coordinator via the Hotel Request Forms.
DO
NOT CALL THE HOTELS DIRECTLY TO BOOK SPACE.
As in
accordance with rule #22 of Tournament Rules, it is mandatory that all teams
book their hotel rooms through our hotel
coordinator, Liz Bobb. Failure to comply with
rule #22 will result in a surcharge of $50.00/player,
not to exceed $500.

Policy Rule #22*** -
* Minimum Number of Rooms to book per team is 5.
* Teams from 80 miles or more are subject to the Hotel
Policy.

has handled our hotel arrangements for over 10 years.
She handles all of the teams' hotel needs, all of the college coach hotel needs,
and manages the inventory of all of our hotels.
